Fellowship Eligibility:

• Returning (degree-seeking) undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply for this one-time award. Students who will graduate in May of 2013 are not eligible to apply
• Funds are available for domestic summer service placement, internship, or employment, or other academically-sponsored project. Research or thesis-related activities will not be eligible for funding
• The employment or project must take place within the United States
• Length of summer employment or project must be at least six weeks
• A minimum commitment of 30 hours/week will be required

Fellowship Requirements:

• Fellows will be asked to fill out an entrance and exit survey that will be used in program assessment
• Evaluation survey from sponsoring organization will be due to program administrators on October 1, 2013
• Reflection reports of no less than 1,000 words will be due to program administrators on October 1, 2013
