*Department of Commerce, City of Philadelphia* *Philadelphia, PA* Ned Shell is a joint degree student at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. He received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. His previous professional experience includes working as a management consultant in Bain & Company’s New York City office, a consultant at the World Bank, a project leader at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, and a summer fellow in the New York Mayor’s Office. He is passionate about effecting change through the public sector.
