I am the Chief Operating Officer of WaterSmart Software, a technology company that helps water utilities to better understand and engage their customers. Read more As water utilities across the country face rising costs and water availability and quality challenges, they must also address issues of water affordability. WaterSmart helps water utilities to make better use of available data to more effectively and cost-efficiently address many of these challenges. At WaterSmart, I am responsible for overseeing the operations of the company, as well as advocating for WaterSmart's customer engagement platform as a tool to address water scarcity, water affordability concerns, and changing customer expectations.
